To be able to loan a horse/pony/donkey from us you need to send a stamped addressed envelope to us and we will send you the loan application forms.  We will then contact you if we have a suitable animal for you.

We expect all people who wish to loan a ridden animal to come to our yard and ride the animal for several weeks to ensure that the partnership will work.  This is due to the bad start a lot of our animals have had in life and to ensure the hard work we have put into bringing them on and rehabilitating them on is not wasted.  Approved hats and body protectors must be worn and suitable footware by all prospective loanees wishing to ride.

Please note we are only able to loan equines within an 80 mile radius of Toft Monks (Beccles, Suffolk), this is because we are a small organisation and our staff have to be able to visit each animal every six months in their new home.
